Kamloops RV Park is a family-oriented park that offers numerous recreational opportunities nearby. Located just 15 minutes away from downtown Kamloops, our park is the perfect base camp for exploring the Thompson Nicola region. We are situated right next door to the BC Wildlife Park, providing our guests with a unique opportunity to experience the indigenous wildlife of British Columbia.
Recreational Opportunities
The Thompson Nicola region is known for its world-class fishing, with over 100 lakes and rivers to choose from. If fishing is not your thing, we have 13 golf courses in the area, shopping and restaurants, hiking and mountain biking trails, and numerous local parks - both municipal and provincial. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are happy to answer any questions you may have about the park and the Kamloops area.
Accommodations
We offer full hook-up sites for self-contained RVs. Whether you prefer back-in or pull-through sites, we have got you covered. Our rates are as follows:
- RV Back-in: $45.00 +tax
- RV Pull-thru: $55.00 +tax
- Tent: Not available
We also offer extended stay rates for those who wish to stay with us all year round.
RV Storage
We provide RV storage at monthly rates. The rates are as follows:
- Monthly: $55.00 +tax for the first 25 feet, $1.50 +tax for each foot over 25

Located right next door to the BC Wildlife Park, Kamloops RV Park offers a unique opportunity to experience the indigenous wildlife of British Columbia. The park features over 65 species of wildlife spread out over 50 hectares. Every member of the family will enjoy seeing cougars, moose, birds of prey, snakes, grizzly bears, mountain goats, and timber wolves. During the summer months, enjoy interpretive talks and learn more about these fascinating creatures.
Amenities
At Kamloops RV Park, we offer a range of amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. We have a tenting area, a dog run/walk, laundry facilities, a playground, and a front desk. For your convenience, we accept credit cards and debit cards, and have a fax and photocopy service.

Getting Here
Getting to Kamloops RV Park is easy, whether you are traveling from the west, east, north or south. We are located right off the Trans Canada Highway (Highway 1), just 15 minutes away from downtown Kamloops.
From the West:
- Follow the Trans Canada Highway (Highway 1) or Coquihalla Highway (Highway 5) east towards Banff.
- Follow the Trans Canada Highway past Kamloops (approx. 15 minutes), and take exit 390, and then turn right on Dallas Drive to the BC Wildlife Park.
From the East:
- Follow the Trans Canada Highway (Highway #1) west towards Kamloops.
- Take exit 391, located 15 minutes drive from the Kamloops City Centre, turn left on to the overpass, and then turn right on Dallas Drive to the BC Wildlife Park.
From the North:
- Follow the Yellowhead Highway traveling south from Jasper, Valemount, or Clearwater.
- Follow the exit signs to Highway 1 east bound from Highway 5.
- Turn onto Hwy #1 and travel east towards Banff (approx. 15 minutes), take exit 390, and then turn right on Dallas Drive to the BC Wildlife Park.
From the South:
- Follow highway 97 from Vernon, and will be traveling down Monte Creek hill.
- Turn westwards on Westsyde Road/Dallas Drive towards the BC Wildlife Park.
