Our convenient location makes us the perfect stop for travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Our Campground

At the Yellow Butterfly Trading Post and Campground, we take pride in offering a wide range of amenities and services to make your stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Our campground features tenting sites, 30 amp RV sites, and seasonal sites, all designed with your comfort, safety, and convenience in mind. We also offer a community common area, fire pits (with firewood available for a nominal charge), and restrooms and showers that are always clean and well-maintained. And, if you're looking for an outdoor venue for your next event, we can accommodate large groups, associations, and other outdoor events such as weddings, family reunions, and more. Plus, we're a pet-friendly campground, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. Clean-up bags are available in our store at no charge.

The Yellow Butterfly Trading Post and Campground is owned and operated by Victoria and Ken, who acquired the property in 2012 and began an extensive redevelopment of this Diamond in the Rough. Today, they host a trading post, campground, and take-out snack bar, all designed to provide a convenient and enjoyable experience for their guests. With their warm hospitality and attention to detail, Victoria and Ken have created a truly unique and special destination in Northern Ontario.
