Our story began in 2003 when Cooper and Scott met at George Brown College in Toronto, Ontario, while pursuing their Construction Engineering Technology Program. After graduating, they went their separate ways, but their shared passion for building and construction eventually brought them together again. In 2006, they formed Construct & Conserve Building Inc., starting out as general contractors before finding their niche in custom home building. Dean joined the team in 2012, and after four years, became a partner, bringing his expertise and dedication to the table.
