Our Story
At GLI Promotions, we are a family-run operation that has been serving the local community since May 2016. Our founders, Leonie Skinner and Christian Kirkwood, have a passion for providing creative and innovative solutions to our customers' branding needs. We pride ourselves on supporting the local community by providing consistent customization at competitive prices.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services to help our customers achieve their branding goals. Our in-house capabilities include embroidery, screen printing, and heat transfers on clothing, hats, and other fabrics. We also offer laser engraving and small-format sublimation. Our large format printer allows us to create signs, banners, and decals, while our promotional products department offers a wide selection of items such as pens, water bottles, lanyards, sunglasses, and giftware.
Embroidery Services
Our embroidery services allow you to stitch your logo or design directly onto your garment. There is no minimum quantity requirement, and the price is based on the number of stitches in the design. A setup fee may apply for artwork.
Laser Engraving Services
Our laser engraver can cut and engrave a variety of materials, including wood, leather, and acrylic. It can also etch on glass, acrylic, painted metal, and anodized aluminum. This service is great for recognition awards and customizing items for the home.
Direct-to-Garment Printing Services
Our direct-to-garment printer can print full-colour images with high accuracy on both light and dark garments. The printing process leaves a soft feel on the garment that will last a long time and hold up well in the wash.
Screen Printing Services
Our screen printing process involves creating a stencil, and then using that stencil to apply layers of ink on the printing surface. Each color is applied using a different stencil, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look. This service is great for high-volume orders with a limited number of colours.
Sublimation Services
Our sublimation service allows you to customize a wide selection of blank imprintables, including mugs, water bottles, tiles, mouse pads, and more. We can also use our flatbed UV printer to decorate gifts, souvenirs, promotional items, and recognition pieces.
Heat Transfer Services
Our heat transfer service allows you to print full-colour images using printable digital material and a print/cut system. This method is great when your logo or design requires gradients, shading or needs to be photo-realistic.
