We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. We are closed on holidays. Our team is dedicated to providing flexible scheduling options to meet the needs of our patients.
Free City-Wide Prescription Delivery
At Rideau Pharmacy, we understand that life can get busy, and it's not always easy to make it to the pharmacy to pick up your prescriptions. That's why we offer free city-wide prescription delivery. Our team will hand-deliver your prescription right to your doorstep, ensuring that you receive the medication you need, when you need it.

*Tim Co-Owner & Pharmacist*
Tim has a BSc in Pharmacy and a Masters Degree in Pharmacology from the University of Alberta. With over 30 years of experience as a pharmacist, Tim is dedicated to providing personalized care to each of his patients. In his spare time, Tim enjoys physical fitness, running, cross-country skiing, and marathon canoeing. He is also active with the Rotary Club of Calgary and plays guitar in The Hippocratic Oath Big Band.

Carolyn realized the best way to take care of the individual needs of patients is to open up a pharmacy. In 1990, her dream came alive, and from then on, Tim and Carolyn have been partners in life and partners in business, devoting their lives to their family and the pharmacy for 30 years.
*Sarah-Emily Pharmacist*
Sarah-Emily is one of our Pharmacists at Rideau Pharmacy, working here since 2017. She has her BSc in Pharmacy from Dalhousie University and a MSc in Pharmacy Leadership from the University of Cincinnati. Sarah-Emily is dedicated to providing exceptional care to her patients, ensuring that they have a full understanding of their medications and treatment plans.

Hernani is a Pharmacy Assistant currently pursuing a Pharmacy Technician Diploma at Bow Valley College. He has his Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy in the Philippines and has recently moved to Canada. Hernani is passionate about providing excellent patient care, ensuring that each patient receives the attention and care they deserve.

Schyenne was born and raised in Calgary but earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) in Denver, Colorado. She initially worked as a pharmacy assistant at Rideau Pharmacy and soon realized her strong passion for the field of pharmacy. After graduating in 2021, she decided to move back home to Calgary and rejoin the Rideau team while she progresses acquiring her pharmacist license in Canada.
