Michael Achtem, P.Eng, PMP, CCA

As a registered Professional Engineer and a graduate of Queens University, Mike has over 30 years of experience in consulting on land development and municipal infrastructure projects throughout British Columbia. Mike is a certified Project Management Professional and a certified Contract Administrator with the Master Municipal Construction Association. He takes a value-added approach to all of his projects, striving to provide clients with a results-oriented blend of cost and functionality.

Josh Bartley, P.Eng

As a registered Professional Engineer and graduate of the University of British Columbia, Josh has nearly 20 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering and construction. He approaches projects from a creative and technically sound perspective, balancing environmental and socio-economic impacts with financial gains for all stakeholders.

Corey Brown, M.Eng, P.Eng, AScT

As a registered Professional Engineer and a graduate of the University of British Columbia, Corey has extensive experience in civil engineering and contracting. He brings a unique combination of skills in project management, design, and construction to every project he takes on.
