Our History
Our firm's history is rooted in the community of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. In 1981, Martin Pink, in partnership with Hugh Jon Fraser and Andrew Nickerson, purchased a building on Main Street in Yarmouth, which had been occupied by the Yarmouth law firm Chipman Sanderson. Over the years, our firm has undergone changes, with Phil Star joining the firm in 1982, and Andrew Nickerson leaving to form Nickerson Jacquard in 2004. Today, our firm is proud to have offices in Yarmouth, Barrington Passage, and Church Point, Nova Scotia, serving the residents of Shelburne, Yarmouth, and Digby Counties.
