At Cornelia Court Family Medicine, we believe in empowering our patients with the knowledge and resources they need to take control of their health. Our patient education page is designed to provide valuable information on various common medical issues, including back pain, breast cancer screening, cervical cancer screening, colon cancer screening, ear infections, fever, and sore throat. We also offer a range of handouts and resources to help our patients better understand their condition and make informed decisions about their care.

Appointment Requests and Prescription Renewals
We currently accept appointment requests by telephone or in-person, and we hope to offer online booking in the near future. Each physician has same-day appointment slots available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage our patients to bring an up-to-date medication list to each appointment to ensure that medications do not run out. For prescription renewals, we ask that patients either bring their pharmacist to fax our office with a prescription renewal request or call our office directly. Please note that a $20 service fee applies to telephone and faxed prescription requests.
Office Policies
At Cornelia Court Family Medicine, we strive to maintain a safe and respectful environment for our patients and staff. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for abuse towards our staff, and any incidents of verbal or physical abuse may result in termination of the doctor-patient relationship. We also have policies in place for no-shows and cancellations, late arrivals, and payment for missed appointments.
