Broken Promises and Unfair Charges
Two customers, Monica Hepburn and Mike Mack, had a terrible experience with Markor Jewellers. Monica's daughter's necklace was broken into many pieces during a stress test, and the company refused to fix it. Mike was quoted one price for repairing his gold chain lobster clasp, but was later charged extra for polishing and clasp connection, and his old gold pieces were not returned as promised.
