Phone Repair Experience

Poor Quality Screens and Service
Justin T. and Kennedy Kyler both had negative experiences with the shop. Justin T. was not informed that a non-Apple screen would be installed on his iPhone X, which eventually quit working after two months. The shop replaced the screen, but the new screen also had poor quality, causing issues with typing and color accuracy. Kennedy Kyler's wife had a faulty screen installed, which was not honored for replacement even a month later. The shop's owner was rude and confrontational, and Kennedy Kyler advises others to stay away.
