The majority of contractors' services can be judged based on the quality of work and communication with the customer. Unfortunately, Lyle's team fell short in this regard, as one customer faced numerous issues with their project.

While J. Weatherhead had a positive experience, praising the company for their "honest and great quality work", this was not the case for Wang Rick, who was extremely dissatisfied with their interactions.
Negative Comments
Unfortunately, Wang Rick's experience with Lyle's team was marred by poor communication, delays, and subpar workmanship. After an on-site measurement, they failed to provide a quote for three weeks, and took almost two months to complete the construction, despite repeated pushes from the customer. Moreover, the glass rail installation was not done correctly, leaving the customer with a non-functional product. Furthermore, the quote included rebuilding and installing a roof, but the company only completed the deck work and never followed up with the customer again.
