At TLC Centre Inc., we are dedicated to providing high-quality childcare services to families in Carman and its surrounding communities. Our 64-space, non-profit, licensed child care facility is committed to creating a nurturing atmosphere that promotes growth, learning, and personal development for children of all ages.

Our Mission

Our focus is to provide age-appropriate programming and care to children of working parents, students, those with additional support needs, and those seeking respite care or socialization. We believe that every child deserves a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that fosters their cognitive, social, and emotional development. Our team of experienced and trained early childhood educators and childcare assistants work together to create a welcoming and inclusive space for all children.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to meet the diverse needs of our families, including full-time, part-time, and casual childcare. Our facility is open from 6:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding statutory Federal and Provincial Holidays. We also provide meals and snacks, as well as a variety of activities and programs designed to promote learning and development.

Our Facility

Our childcare centre is attached to a gym, providing a unique opportunity for children to develop their gross motor skills through physical activity. Our spacious outdoor play area features raised beds, where we grow fruits and vegetables for snacking and baking, teaching children about science, math, and healthy eating habits.
