Good Experiences
The reviews highlight a few experiences where customers were satisfied with the quality of work provided by Fraser Paving. One customer, Michael McCourt, praised the company for their friendly and courteous service, as well as the outstanding result of their driveway work, which was done at a great price.
Poor Experiences
However, the majority of reviews express disappointment and frustration with the company's service. Bill Lindeman experienced unresponsiveness when trying to get a quote, and never received a response.
Michael Palmby had a poor experience with Fraser Paving. Although the initial work was done satisfactorily, the company's lack of response and accountability when the driveway was damaged due to an empty trailer's presence has led to frustration and dissatisfaction.
Tyler Karelse also had a poor experience, citing poor customer service, poor workmanship, and a lack of responsiveness. The end of his driveway pools water and has a hump, and he has not received a response from the company after trying to contact them.
Thomas Russell was average in his assessment, stating that the quality of the paving was okay but that the company did not follow the customer's initial interests, and that the driveway had already developed cracks and lifting after only two years.
