Negative Experiences with Customer Service
Suzanna K. shares her unpleasant encounter with Wesco Glass, starting with technicians arriving before their scheduled appointment time. Her husband was in a meeting, and they refused to reschedule. One technician went upstairs to meet her son, and another followed, damaging their light-colored carpet with his boots. Suzanna called the company, but the project manager/owner, Wesco, responded belatedly and aggressively, accusing her son of lying and asking for a photo of the technician in boots. The conversation ended with Wesco telling Suzanna not to contact him again.
