Disappointing Experience
The first review from Braeden Cyra is about a terrible experience with CSR Computers. The reviewer waited for over a month to have their MacBook Pro's battery replaced, but it never arrived. They were consistently told the battery was coming in, but it never did. The employee handling the issue had read receipts on his phone and would respond slowly or not at all.
