Heart & Hands Health Collective is a community acupuncture and holistic health collective located in Lekwungen Territories, specifically in the vibrant neighborhood of Quadra Village. - Community Acupuncture: Our community acupuncture sessions are designed to make this healing practice accessible and affordable for everyone. We offer a sliding scale payment option to ensure that our services are accessible to all.
- Prenatal/Post-partum Acupuncture: We offer specialized acupuncture services for pregnant individuals and new mothers. These sessions are designed to support a healthy pregnancy, ease the discomforts of pregnancy, and promote post-partum recovery.
- Post-COVID/Viral Recovery Moxa Kits: We offer moxa kits to support the recovery from viral infections, including COVID-19. Moxa is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves burning a herb called mugwort to stimulate specific acupuncture points.
- Cupping & Gua Sha: We offer cupping and gua sha, two traditional Chinese medicine techniques that involve using suction cups or a scraping tool to stimulate blood flow and promote healing.
