Unsatisfactory Experience
Better Blinds seems to have a mixed reputation, with some customers having excellent experiences while others had terrible ones. One reviewer, Adam Ballah, had a very poor experience with the company. He sent measurements for a quote, but after several days of no contact, he was finally given a quote with no explanation for the long delay. When he asked about the installation timeline, he was told it would take 2 months.
