Services
Hot Yoga
Our signature hot yoga practice utilizes infrared heating panels to warm bodies from within, enhancing circulation and flexibility. Classes like The Hot Set (38C) combine traditional Hatha sequences with modern movement principles for detoxification and strength building. Suitable for all levels, these sessions promote cardiovascular health while maintaining joint safety through controlled temperature environments.
Vinyasa Flow
Dynamic Vinyasa Flow classes synchronize breath with movement in heated environments (32C). Focused on strength development and cardiovascular conditioning, these sessions incorporate traditional sun salutations with creative sequencing. Instructors emphasize proper alignment and progressive pose advancement while maintaining accessibility for active beginners through advanced practitioners.
Yin Yoga
Candlelit Yin sessions offer slow-paced, meditative practices at 32C. Poses are held for extended periods to target connective tissues and improve mobility. This class incorporates props for support while maintaining a calming atmosphere with ambient lighting, ideal for stress reduction and deep tissue release.
Teacher Training
Our 200-hour Yoga Alliance-accredited program develops skilled instructors through comprehensive curriculum. Participants receive training in anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, and teaching methodology across multiple styles. The part-time format includes practical teaching experience, mentorship from senior instructors, and specialized workshops on adjustments and injury prevention.
Wellness Retreats
Transformative retreat experiences combine yoga practice with cultural immersion in locations like Costa Rica's Caribbean coast. Packages include daily classes, guided excursions, and holistic wellness activities. Bring a yoga mat, sweat-wicking clothing, water bottle (non-glass), and a towel. We provide mat rentals and filtered water stations.
Are there age restrictions for classes?
Participants must be at least 16 years old. Minors require parental consent and supervision in designated programs.
What makes infrared heating different from traditional hot yoga?
