Unsatisfactory Experience with Property Management
The majority of the reviews are centered around Ken Moscoe's devastating experience with the property management company. The staff's responsiveness to inquiries is called into question, with a two-week turnaround for replies, unless the client is trying to rent a property.
Property Damage and Disputes
The reviewed property shows signs of damage, with concurrence from both parties. However, the company refuses to cover the costs of repairing the damage, citing only $100 as a potential liability. Unacceptable behavior by the agents is also reported, including the use of abusive language.
Neglect of Property Maintenance
Furthermore, the lawn on the property has reached an unacceptable height of four feet despite repeated requests for maintenance. Unfortunately, the owners, Karl Schlicht and Debbie, seem uninterested in addressing these issues, responding to inquiries only through intermediaries.
