Rip-off and Lack of Transparency
Kris Power, a customer, rated the service 1 star, stating that the prices are not worth the gold received and that the business has a tendency to steal money. This includes instances where customers put items on layaway, make partial payments, and are then told they haven't made any payments upon returning to complete the transaction.
Defensive Behavior and Lack of Customer Service
Mark Iuhh, another customer, also rated the service 1 star. He called to inquire about an on-site appraisal for a valuable solitaire ring and a few items for insurance purposes. The business became extremely defensive, accused him of not trusting them, and ultimately told him to go elsewhere. This lack of customer service and defensive behavior led to a negative experience for the customer.
