Meet Our Team

Our team is led by Master Instructor Sensei Lyle Cheney, who has been training in the Martial Arts for over 47 years. Sensei Lyle holds black belt ranks in Zen Karate, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai, and is one of Canada's top recognized Martial Arts instructors. Our instructors are dedicated to providing exceptional training and guidance, and are passionate about helping students achieve their goals.
