Our History
Rothesay Motel has a rich and fascinating history that dates back to the 1920s. Originally known as Ye Comfy Cabins, the business was founded by the Breen family, who operated it until 1971. Over the years, the motel changed hands several times, with each new owner contributing to its growth and development. In 2004, the current owners, Kevin (K.K.) Kang and Sunmi Jung, took over the motel and embarked on a major renovation project, modernizing the facilities while preserving its historic charm.
