Les joined the family firm in 1976, holding numerous roles over his career, including Developer/Builder, Broker, and Property Manager. With over 45 years of experience, Les has overseen the development of over 900 residential homes, apartments, and condos throughout the GTA and has managed several major building retrofit projects.
- Bob Aykler - VP Management / Sales Representative*
Bob has been with Aykler since 1989, focusing on the management of non-profit housing and administrative and financial reporting requirements under the Housing Services Act and the Residential Tenancies Act. With over 30 years of experience, he is responsible for the management, operation, and leasing of over 840 apartment and townhouse units throughout the GTA.
- Justin Aykler - VP Development / Sales Representative*
Justin joined the firm in 2003, involved in the development and sales of various projects. As the head of our brokerage arm, Justin leads sales and leasing activity for clients and works by referral only.
- Maria Borcsok - Accounting*
Maria has been with Aykler since 2000, responsible for the management of accounts payable, receivables, and financial reporting.
- Brooke Padanyi - Project Manager*
Brooke joined Aykler in 2016, handling sales and marketing for various projects and currently managing the sales and marketing of Sunday School Lofts and The Lofthouse on Logan Avenue.
