Ocean West Construction Ltd. was incorporated in 1989 and has since established a 34-year track record as a quality general contractor and restoration specialist in British Columbia. Our company has built a long list of successful projects and has developed extensive expertise in the specialized area of condominium and high-rise restoration. We pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering quality work and solving our clients' building problems.

Our Experience and Expertise

As a reliable and trustworthy partner, we have the expertise and equipment to solve a wide range of building problems. Our in-house crews are skilled in various areas, including applying rainscreen wall systems, leak sourcing and water testing, liquid membrane repairs, deck coatings, torch-on membranes, caulking, power washing, urethane injection, scaffolding, and bosun's chair work, elastomeric coatings, concrete refinishing and sealing, framing and carpentry.

Our Commitment to Safety and Training

The safety of our employees and customers is of utmost importance to us. We are enrolled in the WCB-approved COR (Certificate of Recognition) program through the Safety Network and are also HPO-approved contractors. As part of our commitment to this program, we have a safety committee, a health and safety manual for all employees, and a full-time in-house Safety and Training Auditor. Our workers receive the latest training in scaffolding, rigging, and Boson chair safety. We are dedicated to providing a safe working environment for all our employees and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
