Allan Gold is a seasoned attorney with over 40 years of experience in the areas of commercial-corporate law, civil law, and litigation. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University and a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from the same institution. Mr. Gold is a member of the Quebec Bar and has been in practice for several decades. His areas of specialization include commercial-corporate law, litigation, and civil-elder law.

Commercial-Corporate Law

Mtre Gold has extensive experience in commercial-corporate law. He understands the founder-owner of a family business, who has built the company from the ground up with fierce will power and hard work. Mtre Gold can help such individuals take their business to the next level or seek an exit strategy and transition to the next generation. He provides legal advice and guidance to ensure that the founder-owner's interests are protected throughout the process.

Litigation

Mtre Gold is an experienced litigator who believes that the first step in any legal dispute is to get the facts. He follows this up with good preparation to ensure that his clients' cases are as solid and complete as possible. He provides legal representation to clients in various legal disputes, including homologation of a mandate, declaration of incapacity, curatorship, and claims of employed caregivers, among others.

Civil-Elder Law

Mtre Gold is passionate about the well-being of seniors and is earnest in fighting for their defense and the enforcement of their legal rights. He has acted for seniors or their family members in various civil-elder law matters, including family business, pensions and annuities, wills and estates, power of attorney, elder care, and disputes or court actions of various natures.

He is the published author of "Elder Law in Canada" (ELIC), a groundbreaking (2,500+ page) legal text acquired by legal libraries, Bar Associations, and Law Schools.
