Firm's Performance and Fees
The firm's performance and fees were a major point of contention for one reviewer. They were charged a hefty $791 bill for what they deemed to be minimal work, and the lawyer refused to budge on the fee even when offered a compromise.
Communication and Customer Service
The same reviewer was unhappy with the lawyer's communication style, describing it as rude and unaccommodating. They felt that the firm did not demonstrate proper business practices and were unwilling to meet in the middle on the fee.
Alternate Experience
On the other hand, another reviewer had a vastly different experience with the firm. They found the service to be professional and helpful, specifically highlighting the efforts of Mary Ann Cummings and Monika.
