Our Services

*Wire Sawing:*

Our wire sawing division enables us to cut mass reinforced concrete structures of any thickness, including walls, slabs, and beams. Our wire sawing system uses a diamond-coated cable that is fed through a series of pulleys to cut through concrete, even in the most challenging conditions. This method is ideal for large-scale projects, such as bridge and dam demolition, as it allows for precise cuts and minimal vibration.

*Concrete Cutting and Coring:*

We offer a range of concrete cutting services, from slab sawing to deep-hole core drilling. Our slab sawing or flat sawing service is typically used for cutting trenches in asphalt or reinforced concrete slab on grade, as well as cutting suspended slab openings both indoor and outdoor. Our deep-hole core drilling service allows us to core holes from 1/4" diameter up to 52" diameter, and we can core holes to any depth and at any angle. We are equipped with electric, hydraulic, air, and hy-cycle core drill rigs to meet any project requirement.

*Controlled Concrete Demolition:*

We specialize in controlled concrete demolition, using the latest equipment and techniques to minimize dust, noise, and vibration. Our controlled demolition services include robotic demolition, concrete bursting, and wall sawing, enabling us to demolish concrete structures with precision and control.

*GPR / Radio Detection / X-Ray:*

We offer ground-penetrating radar (GPR) and radio detection services to locate hidden elements within concrete structures, such as rebar, post-tension cables, and electrical conduits. We also offer X-ray services to provide a more detailed view of the internal structure of concrete.

*Wall and Slab Sawing:*

We offer wall and slab sawing services to cut openings in concrete walls and slabs for windows, doors, and HVAC ducts. Our wall sawing service allows for precise cuts in vertical and horizontal surfaces, while our slab sawing service is typically used for cutting trenches in asphalt or reinforced concrete slab on grade, as well as cutting suspended slab openings both indoor and outdoor.

*Concrete Removal and Recycling, Slurry Recycling:*

We provide concrete removal and recycling services, enabling us to remove and dispose of concrete waste in an environmentally friendly manner. We also offer slurry recycling services, which allow us to recycle the water and sediment generated during concrete cutting and coring operations.
