Our Team

At the heart of Leader Plumbing and Heating is a dedicated team of professionals, led by the Bortolus and Breda Families - partners Glenn, David, Bruno, and Adriano. Together, they bring over 120 years of combined trade expertise in the mechanical contracting business. The company's roots can be traced back to 1964 when Bruno and Adriano founded a successful plumbing and heating company in the GTA. Today, Leader Plumbing's team is over 300 strong and includes skilled tradespeople who are proud members of UA Local 46 Plumbers and Steamfitters. Our office staff is equally dedicated and plays an essential role in supporting our operation with customer service, human resources, project management, parts procurement, and more.
