Our History
Established as a family-run enterprise, our business is led by owner Norman Clifton and his daughter, Amanda Carson. Amanda's husband, Doug, contributes his expertise in the bindery department, alongside a team of experienced designers and digital press operators. Our journey began in 1998 in Belleville, Ontario, when Norman Clifton partnered with David Pepper (who later departed in 2018 for other pursuits). Despite humble beginnings in a garage with scarce resources, we steadily grew our operations from scratch. Over time, we expanded to include a small storefront within a co-op business center, where Amanda joined to assist with customer service and office management. In 2002, we formalized our structure by incorporating the company and establishing our own dedicated premises. Further growth led us to relocate to our current address at 487 Dundas West in 2008.
