Our History

CMSL was established in 1995 by our current President, Mr. Chris Gray, with the goal of exceeding the standard of the day and bringing value, integrity, and knowledge to firms in the Lower Mainland construction sector. With a background as a Residential High-Rise Mechanical Foreman, Mr. Gray combined his expertise with business knowledge and a commitment to superior customer service to build CMSL into the trusted and well-respected mechanical contracting firm it is today.
