Celebrating Celtic Culture Through Music, Dance, and Community
A Legacy of Cultural Celebration
Glengarry School of Dance was born from a passion for sharing the rich cultural heritage of Celtic music and dance. Founded by husband and wife team Rene and Carolyn Phillips-Cusson, the school has become a hub for all things Celtic, fostering a vibrant and welcoming community of dancers, musicians, and lovers of all things Gaelic.
Nourishing Artistic Development
Glengarry School of Dance offers a diverse range of programs for dancers of all ages and skill levels. From traditional Gaelic classes in Irish dancing and Cape Breton step dancing to contemporary Celtic fusion and Highland workshops, there's something for everyone.
Expanding the Celtic Experience
Beyond dance, Glengarry School of Dance hosts numerous events throughout the year. The annual CeltFest, a celebration of Celtic culture, brings together artists from across the globe for a weekend of music, dance, workshops, and family-friendly activities.
Empowering the Community
The school actively promotes the preservation and promotion of Celtic culture. Their commitment to community is evident in their work with schools, festivals, and other organizations.
