Our Lawyers

Our team of lawyers includes Dr. Aldo Forgione (Barrister, Solicitor and Notary Public), Philip Zuker (Barrister, Solicitor and Notary Public), Alan Wren (Barrister and Solicitor), and Adya Aishwry (Articling Student / Barrister in India). Each of our lawyers brings a unique perspective and skillset to the firm, allowing us to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients.

Dr. Aldo Forgione is not only an experienced lawyer but also an environmental activist and a member of GreenPeace Canada. He has been teaching business law, intellectual property, and logistics courses at George Brown College for over 30 years. In 2007, he launched Youth Media Corp., a multi-media, youth-based organization that promotes "Youth for Justice, Justice for Youth". Dr. Forgione has published several books and articles on business law, international trade agreements, and intellectual property.

Philip Zuker has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate administration, and business contracts. He is committed to providing practical and effective legal solutions to his clients.

Alan Wren specializes in business law, incorporations, and management consulting. He has advised clients on a wide range of legal and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic business arrangements, and management buy-outs.

Adya Aishwry is an Articling Student and a Barrister in India. She brings a unique perspective to the firm and has contributed to the firm's success in providing legal services to our clients.
