Our clinic is owned and operated by Dr. Greg MacDiarmid, a dedicated and experienced optometrist who has been serving the community since 1988. Our state-of-the-art clinic, located in the Newcastle (west) section of Miramichi, was designed specifically with optometry in mind. The building is wheelchair accessible, with ample parking and a comfortable environment for patients and staff. We have heavily invested in technology, including our MaximEyes patient management software, to ensure efficiency and accuracy in our services.

Our Team

Our team is led by Dr. Greg S. MacDiarmid, a native of Chatham and a graduate of the University of Waterloo School of Optometry. Dr. MacDiarmid also holds an Honours degree in Biology from Mount Allison University. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. MacDiarmid has built a reputation for excellence in eye care and has served as optometrist to Atlantic Institution.
