Our Mission

Established over 80 years ago, the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association (KAREA) is a not-for-profit organization representing over 650 dedicated and experienced real estate professionals in the Kingston and surrounding areas. We are committed to fostering a thriving real estate market through leadership, advocacy, and continuous professional development.

Our members are licensed by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice. We hold expertise in all aspects of the real estate industry, including:
