Our Story

Our proprietor, Mark Manuel, is a second-generation tradesman with an extensive background in the electrical field, holding an active membership with the I.B.E.W. Electrical Union. Mark has been involved with the building of new homes and renovating existing homes since 1990. He is best known for his "amazing eye for detail" when it comes to managing trades during construction phases of the new home building process.
