Unsatisfactory Experiences
Both Monique Drake and Galina Sambujuc had poor experiences with the real estate brokerage. Monique praises Agent Jeff initially, but her review took a turn when she was still waiting for her commission payment after closing on July 29th, 2021. According to Monique, the brokerage took an unacceptable amount of time to process her payment, with the admin, Angie, providing unconvincing excuses. Monique accuses the brokerage of sitting on her money for an extended period.
Galina Sambujuc also had a critical review, citing Agent Adam Ladoucier's unprofessional and rude behavior. She believes the company does not care about its clients.
Positive Experience
On the other hand, Cameron Wilson, a Mortgage Agent, had a 5-star experience with the brokerage. He worked with Agent Angie Steele, whom he praised for providing excellent service to a mutual client. Angie helped the client secure their dream home, and Cameron described her service as "top-notch." He was extremely satisfied with the process and the brokerage as a whole.
