• Karen Smith, Principal and Architect

Karen has over 21 years of experience in designing multi-family residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. She is a passionate and creative problem-solver who excels at engaging with clients and stakeholders.

• C. Earl Peng, Designer and Intern Architect

Earl has over 17 years of experience in designing multi-residential and mixed-use projects. He is a skilled designer and project manager with a strong technical background.

• Celestine Eze, Intern Architect

Celestine has a master's degree in architecture from the United Kingdom and has worked on a wide range of projects, from residential to high-rise hospitality.

• Sharvi Chavan, Architectural Graduate

Sharvi has a master's degree in urban design from UBC and has experience working on residential and commercial projects in India.

• Jonathan Santos, Intermediate Architectural Technologist

Jonathan has seven years of experience designing and detailing factory-built houses and has worked with clients and inspectors across Canada and the US.

• Trisha Ducusin, Junior Technologist

Trisha graduated from the Architectural Technology program at NAIT and has been growing her experience and skills at Engage Architecture.
