Customer Service Issues
Unfortunately, several customers have reported Terrible Customer Service. James Mckenzie and Lacey Phillips both encountered rude receptionists, which led to a poor experience with the company. James specifically mentioned that the receptionist refused to pass him to someone else and hung up on him twice. Lacey reported being told that the company wishes they never met her and was hung up on not once, but twice.
