Founded by Tom Hickman in 1979, Marco Group has grown to become a leader in the construction industry. Tom's extensive experience and vision for the company have been instrumental in shaping our values and approach. Today, our leadership team, comprising Chairman & CEO Christopher Hickman, President Allan M. MacIntosh, Chief Operating Officer Rod Ackerman, and Chief Financial Officer Don Allen, continues to drive the company's growth and success.
