Unreliable Service
Ron Law had a disappointing experience with The Comfort Guy. He initially had them install a new dryer vent, which he had specifically requested not to be removed during the roof installation. However, the installer, John, removed the steel vent and replaced it with a cheaper plastic one, which requires monthly cleaning. Despite repeated attempts to contact John and resolve the issue, Ron has yet to receive a response or compensation for the $100 cost of the vent.
Exceptional Service
On the other hand, John Bishop had an excellent experience with The Comfort Guy. He initially had a roofing issue that was addressed promptly and professionally. The installers arrived early, and the cleanup was thorough. John praised the friendly and diligent work ethic of the installers and would highly recommend the company.
