Issues with Driver Behaviour
The reviewers, Paul K., had a poor experience with Zelus, not with the business itself but with their drivers. The drivers were described as "aggressive" and "speeding up" to cut off the reviewer and merge ahead instead of patiently waiting behind. This unsafe driving behaviour was observed in a school zone, with the driver reportedly going at least 80 km/h.
Lack of Concern for Safety
Paul K. expressed his concern that if the drivers' behaviour is representative of Zelus' staff, then safety may not be a priority for the company. He thanked the company for their response, suggesting that some effort was made to address his concerns.
