Marystown Home Heat & Industrial is a leading home heating and cooling systems company that has been serving the Burin Peninsula for over 25 years. Founded in 1995 by Brian Hutchings, the company started as a small oil furnace maintenance provider and has since grown into a reputable business that sells, installs, and services a wide range of heating, cooling, ventilation, and propane equipment, as well as plumbing fittings, culverts, and more.

Our team of five full-time staff members includes a Journey Person Oil Burner Mechanic, a Journey Person HVAC/Refrigeration technician, skilled laborers, and administrative staff. We take pride in our ongoing technical training programs that ensure our technicians are always up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in the industry.

Our services include heat pump sales and installations, heat pump maintenance and repairs, wood burning appliance installations, oil tank sales and installations, propane heating services, hydronic heating system installations, plumbing fittings, air filters, and miscellaneous safety items.

*Heat Pump Sales & Installations*: We sell and install mini-split and central ducted heat pump systems. Our heat pumps come with a 10-year parts and labor warranty, and our factory-trained technicians can help you choose the right system for your home or business.

*Heat Pump Maintenance & Repairs*: Our team of experienced technicians can provide regular maintenance and repairs for all makes and models of mini-split and central ducted heat pump systems. We stock a wide range of replacement parts and can help you keep your heat pump running at peak efficiency.

*Wood Burning Appliances*: We sell and install wood stoves, wood fireplaces, wood furnace's and add ons. Our staff includes WETT-certified technicians who can help you choose the right wood-burning appliance for your home or business and ensure that it is installed safely and efficiently.

*Oil Tanks*: We sell and install steel and fiberglass oil tanks that are registered in compliance with the Government of Newfoundland's Heating Oil Storage Tank System Regulations. Our licensed technicians can help you choose the right oil tank for your home or business and ensure that it is installed and registered correctly.

*Propane Heating*: We sell, install, and service propane stoves and fireplaces. We do not supply propane tanks or gas, so please arrange for tank installation with your preferred propane company.

*Propane Appliances & Fittings*: We sell and install propane appliances such as ranges and fridges. We also have an assortment of propane fittings, hoses, and gas lines.

*HVAC*: We sell, install, and provide maintenance for Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRV's) & Energy Recovery Ventilators(ERV's). We are HRAI certified for Residential Air System Design.

*Refrigeration*: Our certified refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic is experienced in commercial refrigeration applications and can provide servicing and repairs to walk-in coolers and freezers, roof top units, and more.

*Hydronics*: We also sell, design, and install hydronic heating systems such as in-floor radiant heating.

*Plumbing Fittings, Accessories & Pipe*: We stock a variety of plumbing supplies including Pex line and fittings, brass fittings, stainless clamps, and more. We also stock SDR and Municipex pipe.

*Air Filters*: We stock a wide range of air filters for furnaces and heat pumps. If we don't have it in stock, we can order it in for you.

*Miscellaneous*: We also stock safety items including safety vests, custom road signs, etc.
