Saulteaux Consulting and Engineering (SCE) is a 100% Indigenous owned company located in Fort Frances, Ontario. Founded in 2010, SCE has been providing top-quality consulting and engineering services to clients in various industries. • Project Management and Development: Our team has significant experience in project management and development. We are able to take a project from start to finish, and work with our clients to determine their needs and the scope of the project. If requested, we can help access financing for the project.
• Business Planning and Consulting: SCE employs a development consultant who can assist clients with business planning, marketing, graphic design, communications, and project development.

Our Principals

SCE is proud to be a 100% Indigenous owned company. Our principals, Dean Bethune, Todd Bruyere P. Eng, Clifford Carriere P. Eng, are the owners of the firm.

• Dean Bethune: Dean is the CEO and primary project lead for SCE. He has extensive experience providing technical advice, project management, and building inspection services for a wide variety of clients. Dean holds an Accounting and Finance Administration Diploma, a Masters Certificate in Project Management, and has studied the fields of energy efficiency, water treatment, and septic system.
• Todd Bruyere P. Eng: Todd is the Senior Project Engineer at SCE. His duties include providing technical engineering advice, review, inspections, and reporting on all aspects of capital projects for a wide variety of clients. Todd has received training in fire protection, occupant safety and accessibility, sanitary sewer and lagoon design, and petroleum equipment for aboveground storage tanks.
• Clifford Carriere P. Eng: Cliff is a Senior Project Engineer for SCE and has extensive experience working for the Government of Canada and a number of consulting firms as a Senior Project Manager, Water and Wastewater Engineer.
