Meet Our Team
Our chiropractic team consists of two experienced and passionate doctors, Dr. Kara Bonnefoy and Dr. Kaiden Maxwell. Both doctors share the office hours from Monday through Thursday and offer personalized care to every patient.
Dr. Kara Bonnefoy is an Indigenous entrepreneur who was born and raised in the beautiful Fraser Valley in Chilliwack, BC. Her passion for chiropractic care began as a teenager, inspired by a particular uncle whose love for chiropractic and natural healing left a lasting impression. Since then, Dr. Kara has dedicated her life to helping others through family wellness chiropractic care. She specializes in pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric care, and has completed over 200 hours of additional training with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Kara is certified in the Webster Technique, which is a specific adjustment of the pelvis that can help pregnant women have a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery.
Dr. Kaiden Maxwell brings his passion for wellness into his practice of serving people every day and motivating them onto a healthier path using a spine-centered approach. He takes into consideration all aspects of a person's lifestyle and carefully and compassionately inspires patients towards better health using holistic chiropractic techniques, powerful educational tools, and empowering knowledge about natural healing. Dr. Kaiden's other passions are sports and music.
