Brea V. had a very disappointing and frustrating experience. She arrived 15 minutes prior to her facial appointment, but the therapist was 10 minutes late. The sounds of screaming kids from the pool area were unbearable, and the facial was cut short because the therapist had to rush to their other location. The manager, Gail, was unhelpful and offered only a 10% refund.
