Our People
Richard Hendrick, CKD Owner, Kitchen and Bath Designer
Richard has spent his entire 35-year career in the family business. His father and CKI Founder was his mentor and instilled in Richard the dedicated, client-focused, collaborative approach on which our company still runs.
Melissa Utt Heatley Kitchen and Bath Designer
Melissa has been in the construction and design business for 17 years, has worked for award-winning architects and interior designers in the Richmond area, and she has also taught architecture and design at the University of Louisiana.
Kyle Hendrick Kitchen and Bath Designer
Kyle is the third generation of the Hendrick family to join Custom Kitchens, Inc. Kyle has learned the business from the ground up, initially working as a carpenter's helper and as an office assistant before becoming a kitchen and bath designer.
