At D.G. Biddle & Associates Limited, we are proud to be a multidisciplinary civil engineering firm with a legacy of excellence that spans over four decades. Established in 1973 and incorporated in 1974, we have been providing high-quality consulting engineering and planning services to private developers, government agencies, and the public sector. Our team of experienced professionals, including Professional Engineers, Planners, Technicians, administrative staff, and field personnel, is dedicated to delivering exceptional results that meet our clients' needs.

Our Services

As a leading consulting engineering and planning firm, we offer a wide range of services that cater to the needs of both public and private clients. Our principal fields of specialization include:

Project Coordination and Management: We manage approval processes for land development projects, coordinate traffic, noise, and environmental studies, and provide quantity and cost estimating services.

Land Use Planning and Site Development: Our team is well-versed in official plan amendment and rezoning applications, site plan control, minor variance applications, consent to sever and part lot control, and draft plan of subdivision design and applications.

Municipal / Civil Engineering: Our expertise extends to electronic topographic surveys, design of municipal services for land development projects, design of public sewer and water systems, and processing of applications for municipal approval.

Structural Engineering: Our building design services include preparation of working/construction drawings, structural inspections and evaluations, and analysis of structural systems.

Mechanical Engineering: Our services encompass heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, domestic plumbing and drainage, process piping, sprinklers, and cooking ventilation/suppression systems.

Electrical Engineering: We offer indoor and outdoor lighting, photometrics, indoor and outdoor power distribution, fire alarm systems, and other electrical engineering services.
