Our Story
The Rising Sun Sanctuary for Healing Body, Mind and Spirit is a metaphysical store located in the heart of Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. For nearly 30 years, we have been serving our community with a mission to provide a sanctuary for healing and spiritual growth. Our owner, Rev. Diane Pearson, is a metaphysical mentor and spiritual teacher with over 30 years of experience in spirituality. She started The Rising Sun 29 years ago with a passion for wellness, and it has been thriving in the community because we offer hope and the opportunity to find the deeper meaning of life.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services and products to support you on your spiritual evolution. Our 1800 square foot storefront is a haven for spiritual seekers, where you can find a huge selection of healing crystals, positive gift ideas, and unique products to enhance your spiritual journey. We also offer Reiki treatments and classes, healing workshops, and Tarot readings by our lovely Sofia. Our Soma Art Gallery features over 100 unique guided meditations, which you can access through our YouTube channel.
Education and Courses
Our TRS School of Metaphysical Ministry offers online classes to become an official Metaphysical Minister registered in Ontario to perform weddings. We also provide courses and classes in meditation, Reiki, and Native Teachings. Our Health Spa offers a variety of services, including Infrared Sauna, Salt Cave, Oxygen Bar, Ion Foot Bath, and Heated Amethyst Biomat.
Our Vortex
Our vortex is a 1800 square foot space filled with positive energy, where you can find a wide variety of products and services to support your healing journey. We have Buddha statues, Angels, hundreds of incense options, thousands of crystals, crystal balls, and crystal wands. We also offer Reiki tea, aromatherapy, Reiki soaps, Reiki shields, and lots of books and singing bowls.
Community and Support
At The Rising Sun Sanctuary, we believe in community and support. We welcome you with open arms, 7 days a week, to our 1800 square foot storefront. We offer counselling sessions and bereavement counselling by private appointment, 5 days a week. We are proud supporters of The Course in Miracles and offer daily lessons through the ACIM website.
