• Pre-Construction: Our expert team plans the proposed work, reviews potential schedules and timelines, develops preliminary budgets, and provides building design, space planning, and interior design services.
• Construction: Our on-site and in-office staff, along with specialized trades, ensure that each project is done right while minimizing project disruptions and making sure our clients are 'up and running' quickly.
• Post Construction: We provide certificates of occupancy, as-built and shop drawings, commissioning, operations and maintenance manuals, move-in assistance, and aftercare maintenance back-up for warranty and non-warranty issues.
• Maintenance: We provide routine service, preventative maintenance, and emergency services for our clients, ensuring peace of mind long after the initial project has been completed.

How We Do It

Our collaborative and hands-on approach involves all project team members and is crucial to the timely and cost-effective construction delivery. We assign at least one internal and one on-site field supervisor to each project, and utilize one or more of the following delivery methods:

• Design Build: Our extensive experience in this methodology allows us to assemble a project team consisting of architectural, engineering, economics, management, and other professionals with diverse backgrounds to provide the required project services.
• Construction Management: Our on-site and in-office project managers head all aspects of a project to completion, managing the hiring of specialized subcontractors through a competitive process and supervising on-site personnel to ensure all aspects of the project are completed as specified, on time and on budget.
• General Contracting: We provide specified services or labour and materials for a firm price, working with the design team using our practical hands-on experience to provide suggestions and project costing through the design process.
