Our Team

Our team is led by Andrew Seider, President and General Manager, who has over 35 years of experience in the Ontario construction industry. Andrew's leadership inspires our team to develop and maintain successful relationships with our clients, colleagues, suppliers, and coworkers. Our team also includes Paul Seider, Estimator and Project Manager, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has played a key role in our company's evolution into heritage general contracting. Stanley Lipien, our Site Supervisor and Senior Restoration Technician, ensures that our projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Our office team, led by Carina Ramos, Office Manager, and Dasuni Kandegama, Administrative Assistant, provides essential support to our site operations.
